摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、对氨基苯酚(4-AP)为原料,用甲苯和少量二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂,一步法合成了N-(4-羟基苯基)马来酰亚胺,研究了不同的催化剂、催化剂的用量及原料配比对合成产率的影响,最终确定了一步法的最佳工艺条件:用甲苯磺酸作催化剂,用量(物质的量分数)为30%,MA与4-AP的物质的量比为1.1∶1。
N - (4 - hydroxyphenyl) maleimide is synthesized from maleic anhyride and 4 -aminophenol as raw material, toluene and dimethylformamide as solvent by one - step method. The effects of different catalyst, the ratio of maleic anhyride to 4 - aminophenol, the amount of catalyst are studied. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained : the catalyst as toluene sulfonic acid, the amount of catalyst as 30% the ratio of maleic anhyride to 4 - aminophenol as 1.1 : 1.
