摘要
对于顽固性大咯血患者,通过针对引起出血的责任血管的介入栓塞治疗能够起到立竿见影的效果。因此,判断及寻找责任血管就变得异常重要,全面、细致地找到所有责任血管并进行栓塞是保证疗效的基础。本文就大咯血常见的责任血管进行综述。
Interventional superselective embolization of the offending vessels has been proved to be an effective treatment for the control of refractory massive hemoptysis. Careful search and judgment of the offending vessels is of critical importance. It is the basis for good efficacy that carefully and thoroughly finding and then embolizing all the offending vessels responsible for bleeding. This review summarized the frequent offending vessels responsible for massive hemoptysis.
