摘要
随着我国公共财政体制改革的推进,高校资产管理理论的研究以及现代管理方式的探索,成为高校财务管理的重要课题。分析了高校资产的基本特征,资产管理的现状,针对高校资产管理的完善及优化配置提出了对策。
With the enforcement of the reform in public finance system in our country, the study on assets management theories of colleges and universities and the exploration of modern management modes have become important financial management projects of colleges and uni- versities. This article analyzes the basic characteristics of assets of colleges and universities, the current situation of assets management and advances measures for both the assets manage- ment improvement and the optimum distribution of resources of colleges and universities.
