花生查尔酮异构酶基因的克隆及其序列分析 被引量:1

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of cDNA of Chalcone Isomerase Gene from Peanut(Aras hypogaea L.)

摘要 利用RT-PCR及RACE技术从花生种子中克隆得到查尔酮异构酶基因(chi)的cDNA全长序列,命名为Ahchi,NCBI登录号:JN412735,该序列全长共1 061 bp,编码209个氨基酸,其氨基酸组成与其它已知的高等植物具有很高的同源性,与大豆、倒捻子、蓖麻、毛果杨的同源性分别为81%、71%、70%和69%,且含有高度保守的活性位点。 The cDNA sequence of the chalcone isomerase gene (Ah) numbered JN412735 in GeneBank was amplified by RT-PCR and RACE from Aras hypogaea L.. The anlyasis indicated that the cDNA sequence was 106 1 bp, encoded 209 amino acids with high homology to from other higher plants, contained the highly conserved catalytic active sites .
