摘要
我国在改革开放以来的发展中,20世纪90年代中期明确提出加快转变经济增长方式;进入新世纪以后明确提出加快转变经济发展方式,进而又明确提出要以加快转变经济发展方式为主线推进国民经济和社会发展。加快转变经济发展方式的重要内容,是从突出速度的高速经济增长向更加注重提高经济增长质量和效益的适度经济增长转变;而转向适度经济增长,则必须突破对原有经济发展方式的路径依赖。
Abstract：In the development since the economic reform and opening to overseas,our country has clearly come up with the speeding up the transformation of economic growth in the middle of 1990s.Since the turning of new century,it has clearly put forward the accelerating the mode of economic development,and then explicitly proposed to take the quickening of economic development mode transformation as principal line to promote national economy and social development.The important contents of the quickening of the economic development mode transformation are to change from the rapid economic growth stressing on speed to moderate economic growth emphasizing the increases of quality and effectiveness of economic growth.To turn to moderate economic growth,it is imperative to break through the path dependency on original economic development mode.
