套管破漏井下小套管技术在胡状油田应用 被引量:1

摘要 胡状油田进入开发中后期,油层套管破损的问题日益突出,严重地影响了油井的正常生产。为了延长油井的使用寿命,在套管破漏井中下入Φ101.6 mm的无接箍套管,再注入灰浆封固小套管与原套管的环空,钻塞后重新形成通道恢复生产。该技术通过在胡19-55井和胡7-126井的应用,彻底解决了套管破漏需要侧钻或上大修设备取、换套等带来的一系列问题,还可以使死井复活,提高了经济效益。 Huzhuang oilfield is in the later development stage now, and its damaged casing problem seriously affects the normal production. In order to extend the service life of oil wells, we put the 101.6mm casing without coupling into the wells whose casing is broken, and then flour the mud into the space between the new casing and the original casing, then drill a new borehole to resume production. The technology has been applied in the well of H7-126 and H19-55, and it solved a series of problems, and it also improved economic efficiency.
