摘要
目的 了解某区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)求询者的的主要类型,分析其HIV阳性率及特征,评价开设VCT门诊对艾滋病防控工作的影响及意义。方法 对2009年1月-12月到该区VCT门诊的咨询者,依据国家统一制定的《咨询个案登记表》对其人口学状况、高危行为类型等信息进行登记,并采血检测HIV抗体。结果 192名求询者接受咨询和HIV检测,男女比例为7:1,未婚占58.85%,44.79%因发生男男同性性行为,43.75%因婚前/婚外异性性行为前来检测,年龄以21～25岁为主,结果确认HIV抗体阳性8人,阳性率4.17%,均为有男男性行为史者。结论 该区艾滋病的传播主要以性传播尤以男男同性性传播为主,MSM人群已成为艾滋病防控的高危人群之一,应积极开展广泛的宣传教育和更具针对性的行为干预,自愿咨询检测则是人群筛查艾滋病的重要手段与窗口,应大力推广宣传。
Objective To investigate the main types of the consultant of the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in this area,analyze its HIV positive rate and features, evaluate the influence and significance of the open- ing of VCT clinic to AIDS prevention and control. Methods Carry out registration of demographic situation,high - risk behavior type etc. of consultants who came to the clinic from January to December in 2009 according to national formulated Consulting case registration. After information Collection, blood samples are taken to test HIV antibodies. Results Among the 192 interviewed consultants accepting HIV test, the proportion between male and female is 7： 1, 58.85% is unmarried, 44.79% have berdache sex behavior, 43.75% come for premarital sex, mainly between 21 and 25, 8 is confirmed HIV antibody positive, with a rate of 4.17%, and all have berdache sex behavior history. Conclusion The spread of AIDS is mainly sexually transmitted especially through berdache sex behavio transmission. MSM population is one of the highest groups of AIDS prevention and control. Our government should actively conduct extensive propaganda education and more targeted behavior intervention. Voluntary counseling and testing is an important means of AIDS screening and window, which we should promote actively.
