摘要
重复测量设计是药学科研临床试验中经常用到的一种试验设计方法,在临床药物疗效和安全性评价研究方面具有十分广泛的适用性。本文主要从具有一个重复测量单因素设计的概念,统计分析方法的合理选用,如何使用SAS程序进行分析,以及如何解释结果几个方面作一概述。
Repeated-measurement design is a common experimental design for clinical studies on drug efficacy and safety and it has very broad applicability. This article mainly introduces the concept of single-factor repeated-measurement design, the appropriate selection of statistical methods,the analysis by SAS and the explanation of results.
