摘要
为了研究弹丸膛内运动特性,建立了弹丸身管耦合系统有限元模型,应用大型非线性有限元程序LS-Dyna对弹丸身管耦合系统进行了数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果,采用应力波理论对弹丸运动特性进行了详细分析。分析结果表明:弹丸作为弹性体在膛压作用下其速度分布是一个随时间演化的速度场,初始时刻速度场梯度较大,随时间增加该速度场分布梯度减小,随时间进一步增加,该速度场演化将会涉及到弹带与膛线的作用、弹丸与膛壁的作用。速度分布场特性可以用来解释弹丸出炮口时运动姿态的变化。
The finite elemental model of the projectile and barrel coupling system was established to ana- lyze the projectile moving characteristics in bore. The numerical simulation of the projectile and barrel coupling system was performed by use of large-scale nonlinearfinite elementalprogram Ls-Dyna. According to the numerical simulation results, the projectile moving characteristics were analyzed in detail by means of the elastic wave theory. The numerical analysis results showed that the projectilevelocitydistri- butionis a velocitydistributionfieldvaried with time. At initial moment, the gradient of the velocity field is larger, as time increases, the gradient of the velocity field decreases, as time further increases, the evolvement of the velocity field will relate to the effect of rifle and the band, and effect of projectile and bore wall. The characteristics of velocity field distribution can be used to explain the moving attitude variation of projectile flown outof the muzzle.
