某型炮闩系统关重件可靠性强化试验仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对炮闩系统可靠性薄弱环节无法在短时间内暴露的问题,提出对炮闩系统进行可靠性强化试验。主要以炮闩系统关重件—挡弹机构为对象,分析了其失效机理,研究了实施强化试验的具体技术途径。基于ADAMS建立了整个炮闩系统的虚拟样机,对挡弹机构实施可靠性强化试验,推导了强化系数计算公式。最终,得到了挡弹机构分别在正常工况和强化条件下构件间载荷谱和相对运动速度谱,以及强化系数。研究结果为实际可靠性强化试验提供参考。 Aimed at the problem that the reliability of breechblock systemcannot be exposed in a short pe- riod of time, a proposal was put forward to carry out the reliability enhancement test of the breechblock system. Taking the cartridge stop mechanism and the key component of the breechblock system as the main study objects, its failure mechanism was analyzed and the enhancement test technique was studied. The virtual prototype of the hreechblock system was established based on ADAMS, and the reliability en- hancement test of the cartridge stop mechanism was performed. The calculation formulas of enhancement factors were deduced. Finally, the load spectrum and relative velocity spectrum were obtained under both common and enhancement conditions, and the enhancement coefficient was also acquired. This research can provide a certain theoretical reference for the real reliability enhancement test.
