摘要
目的评价经电子支气管镜肺灌洗治疗创伤性肺不张的临床疗效。方法对40例创伤性肺不张患者用电子支气管镜肺灌洗进行治疗,观察疗效。结果 40例患者显效38例,显效率95%;有效2例,有效率5%。结论经电子支气管镜肺灌洗治疗创伤性肺不张疗效确切,是治疗创伤性肺不张的重要方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 40 cases of traumatic atelectasis with lung lavage by electro-bronchoscope.Methods 40 cases of traumatic atelectasis were treated with lung lavage by electro-bronchoscope.Results The excellence rate of the 40 cases was 95%,and the effective rate was 5%.Conclusion The lung lavage by electro-bronchoscope is an important effective method in the treatment of traumatic atelectasis.
