摘要
在分析无刷直流电动机数学模型的基础上,重点阐述了双电动机控制系统的硬件设计。采用TI公司的TMS320F28335为核心处理器,IR公司的IR2136为驱动芯片作为核心,构成双电动机的控制系统。硬件设计包括电源设计、驱动芯片及外围电路设计、检测电路以及其他外围电路设计。系统能同时控制两台无刷直流电动机,并通过软件编程实现同步控制。
This article describes hardware design of a dual-motor control system after understanding the mathematical model of brushless DC motor. The core of the system includes a core processor TI TMS320F28335 and a driver chip IR IR2136. The hardware design contain power supply, driver chip's circuits, test circuits and other peripheral circuits. The system can control two brushless DC motor simultaneously, and realizes synchronization control by software programming.
