摘要
本文针对磨煤机筒体与法兰盘焊接过程中出现的裂纹问题了实验，通过对法兰盘的化学成分、硬度、金相、能谱进行测试，对筒体与法兰盘焊接过程中产生裂纹的原因进行了详尽的分析，并提出了相应的预防措施。
This paper mill cylinder and flange weld crack problem occurred during the experiment, through the flange of the chemical composition, hardness, microstructure, spectrum test on the cylinder and flange welding cracks generated in the process of a detailed analysis of the causes, and the corresoonding preventive measures.
