摘要
目的:观察中药肠道排毒疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法:辨证的前提下应用中药内服配合黄黑I、II号排毒汤灌肠,分型治疗33例CRF患者。观察治疗前后症状,体征的改善情况,及血肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白等的变化。结果:应用本疗法治疗33例CRF患者显效加有效90.9%,显效率54.5%。研究表明本疗法能明显降低患者血肌酐、尿素氮,缓解临床症状。结论:中药肠道排毒疗法能延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展,改善生存质量,疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effect of intestinal detoxification treatment of chronic renal failure （C RF） effect. Methods： DifferentiationApplied under the premise of Chinese Herbs with yellow and black I, II, No. enema detox soup, type 3 cases of CR F treatment of 3 patients.Observed before and after treatment symptoms and signs of improvement, and serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, hemoglobin and other changes.
