摘要
目的:探讨自拟温肺益气汤配合西药治疗肺心病心力衰竭(寒饮伏肺型)的疗效。方法:将90例肺心病(寒饮伏肺型)患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。对照组以吸氧、抗炎、利尿、强心、血管扩张剂等单纯西药治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用温肺益气汤治疗,观察两组治疗后临床症状、中医症候积分、血液流变学、血气分析指标等改善情况;结果:治疗组总有效率88.89%,对照组总有效率66.67%,P<0.05。治疗组在改善症状疗效、中医症候积分、血液流变学、血气分析指标等方面均明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论:自拟温肺益气汤配合西药治疗肺心病心力衰竭(寒饮伏肺型)患者疗效显著,安全,明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Yiqi decoction prepared by oneself and combined with western drug therapy on the treatment of pneumocardial disease （PHD） induced cardiac failure （Clod phlegm-fluid lying latent in the lung）. Methods： 90 PHD patients （Clod phlegm-fluid lying latent in the lung） were divided into the treatment group （n=45） and the control group （n=45）. The control group was treated with oxygen uptake, anti-inflammatory, diuresis, cardiac stimulant, vasodilator agent, and other western medicine alone; the treatment group was added Wenfei Yiqi decoction based on the treatment in the control group. Both of the groups were observed clinical symptoms, physical signs, TCM symptom score, indexes of haemorheology and blood gas analysis, and other improvement conditions. Results： the improvement of symptom, TCM symptom score, indexes of haemorheology and blood gas analysis, and other aspects in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Wenfei Yiqi decoction prepared by oneself and combined with western drug therapy had significant therapeutic effect in treating PHD induced cardiac failure （Clod phlegm-fluid lying latent in the lung）, and it was also very safe and reliable.
