摘要
目的:研究复方制剂AT#9的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用细胞毒性检测CCK-8法检测AT#9对小鼠乳腺癌细胞EMT6、人肺癌细胞A549和人前列腺癌细胞PC3M的体外抑制生长作用。结果:AT#9对三种肿瘤细胞的半数抑制浓度IC50分别为1824μg/ml、3219μg/ml和5854μg/ml。结论:AT#9在体外对三种不同的肿瘤细胞有不同程度的生长抑制作用,且呈浓度依赖关系。
Objective： To inverstigate the wheather AT#9 present anti-proliferation of tumour cells;Motheds： CCK-8 assay was used to measure the anti-proliferation of AT#9 on mice breast cancer EMT6 cell、human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell,prostatic carcinoma PC3M cell in vitro. Results： AT#9 had significant cyto-toxic effect to EMT6 cells.A549cells and PC3M cells, and their half maximal inhibitory concentration （IC50）is respectively 1824μg/ml.3219μg/ml and 5854μg/ml;Conclusion：AT#9 could inhibite the growth of EMT6 cells.A549 cells and PC3M cells in dose dependent manner,but the anti-proliferative effect to three kinds of cancer cells is different.
