摘要
在综采放顶煤生产工艺中,除工作面采高及放煤步距外,放煤方式也是影响放煤效果的重要因素之一。该文利用离散元模拟软件PFC,分别对单轮间隔、单轮顺序和双轮顺序的放煤方式进行了试验研究,分析了三种放煤方式的效果,确定了最优的放煤方式,对现场生产具有一定的指导意义。
In the production process of fully mechanized sublevel caving, the manner of drawing coal is one the most important factors affecting drawing effect besides mining height and drawing interval. In this paper, the discrete element simulation software PFC is used to analyze the manner of drawing coal, including one round caving in interval, one round caving in order and two round caving in order. The effect of the three manners of drawing coal is analyzed and the optimal manner of drawing coal is determined which have certain directive meaning to the field production.
