摘要
对华能河南中原燃气发电有限公司循环水处理系统进行了静态和动态试验,打破了传统的水质数据分析惯例,引进了美国ASHLAND公司的循环水在线控制系统,实现了换热器腐蚀速率和结垢数据的动态分析,该分析方法可对国内同类循环水的处理提供参考和借鉴。
The static and dynamic tests of circulating water treatment system of Huaneng Henan Zhongyuan Gas Power Generation Company Limited were carried out.The traditional convention of water quality data analysis was broken down;the on-line circulating water control system was imported from the Ashland Inc.of U.S.A;and the dynamic analysis of corrosion speed and scaling data of the heat exchanger was realized.This analysis method can be used as reference in domestic similar circulating water treatment.
