摘要
选取小麦、玉米、大豆、大米的价格,通过2000—2011年其国际、国内价格变动情况及特点的比较,挖掘国际、国内粮食价格变动的原因。分析发现:导致国际粮价上涨的因素主要有生物燃料产量迅速增加、石油价格的变动等;而造成国内粮价上涨的主要原因是生产价格与零售价格差价较大。科技力量对稳定粮价有帮助,而政府对粮价控制起着重要作用,提高农业生产力则是应对粮价上涨的根本。
This paper picks prices for wheat , corn, soybean and rice and compares their changes for 2000--2011 at home and abroad to find out the reasons for international and domestic grain price changes. It is found that factors leading to rising international grain price are soaring biofuel production and changes in oil price, while the main reason for rising domestic grain price is the considerable difference between producer price and retail price. Science and technology help to stabilize grain price,government plays an important role in grain price control, and increasing agricultural productivity is the key to fighting rising grain price.
