摘要
欧美主权债务危机在全球范围内的爆发和蔓延已经并将进一步引发一系列严重的经济社会问题。关于欧美主权债务危机成因的讨论很多,但从相关国家政府经济政策选择的角度给以关注无疑是更有意义的。欧美主权债务危机的经济政策根源在于有关国家过于迷信凯恩斯主义的经济政策效应。总结欧美主权债务危机的教训,有助于进一步理解市场经济条件下政府进行经济政策设计应该遵循的主要原则,对我国的经济政策选择也具有一定的借鉴意义。
The outbreak and world wide spread of the sovereign debt crises in Europe and the U.S.has triggered and will continue to trigger a series of serious economic and social issues.There has been much discussions about the causes of the sovereign debt crises.However,we argue that discussions from the perspective of national economic policy choice would be more meaningful.This paper holds that the economic policy cause of the crises is that those countries have a blind faith in the effects of Keynesian economic policy.Summarizing the lessons learned from the European and American sovereign debt crises will help us better understand the main principles on which governments should rely when making economic policies under the condition of market economy and will also serve as a learning experience for China＇s economic policy making.
