摘要
通过对创业企业家与创业投资者在不同努力水平策略所获得的收益进行对比分析,分析组织不能达到帕累托最优解的原因,并找到合理的分配系数分布区间,为创业企业的收益分配研究提供参考。
By contrasting the incomes acquired via the strategies at different effort levels by entrepreneurs and investors, this paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the enterprises to achieve Pareto Optimality and it estimates the interval of distribution coefficient. The findings will be of good referential value for the study of income distribution in entrepreneurial company.
