摘要
针对化肥尿素装置衬套式旋塞阀存在的故障,从设备结构、设备维修、工艺操作等方面分析其故障原因,并提出相应的处理措施,确保衬套式旋塞阀正常使用。
Aiming at the failure of bushing-type plug valves the causes for such failures are analyzed in the aspects of the structure, maintenance of the device and the process operation and corresponding handling measures suggested to ensure a normal use of the bushing-type plug valves.
