摘要
自信心是一种良好的心理素质,它能够助人不断战胜困难,取得成功。外来务工人员子女由于种种原因,普遍存在自信心缺失的现象。因此,教师的注意力不应仅集中在教孩子掌握文化知识上,还要通过各种有效途径,培养他们的自信心,让他们快乐地学习,健康地成长。
Self-confidence is a good mental quality, which helps people conquer difficulties and succeed. Due to various reasons, migrant workers＇ children do not have enough confidence in reality. Therefore, teachers should not only teach children textbook knowledge, but also cultivate their self- confidence through different approaches and have them study happily and grow healthily.
