摘要
湖南是农业大省,近年来由于人口增长和经济发展的双重压力,农业面源污染问题突出。在简要分析湖南省农业面源污染成因和目前开展的主要工作基础上,提出了"三个三"的农业面源污染综合防控策略:即从战略上树立有所作为、分而治之和锲而不舍的观念;从战术上紧紧抓住源端控制、中端拦截、末端治理三个环节;从战役上建立长期监测、清洁生产、拦截治理三个平台。
Hunan is a large agricultural province. In recent years, because the double pressure of increasing population and economic development, the problem of agricultural non-point source pollution become serious. On the basis of briefly analyzing the causes of agricuhural non-point source pollution in Hunan province and the main works at present, three integrated control measures and each one with three points for agricultural non-point source pollution were proposed as following： building up three strategic concepts that making contributions, divide and rule and perseverance; paying attention to three points from tactics that control in source terminal, interception in middle terminal and treatment in end terminal; establishing three platforms for campaign that long-term monitoring, cleaning production and interception for treatment.
