摘要
以A、B、C、D 4种生物拌种剂处理超级稻种子,结果表明:A处理秧苗SPAD值最大,叶绿素含量最高,B对增强秧苗根活力效果最好,C在增加秧苗叶面积,提高其脯氨酸含量上效果最佳,D对于提高秧苗根干重效果最显著。进而以SPAD、叶面积、根干重、根活力为指标采用平均隶属函数值法进行分析发现,B处理的平均隶属函数值最高(0.88),表明B对于促进水稻秧苗生长、提高秧苗综合素质效果最佳。
Four biological seed dressing agents were used to dispose super hybrid rice seeds, and the results showed that A treatment had the highest SPAD value and chlorophyll content; B treatment had the best effect for strengthening root activity of rice seedling; C treatment enhanced leaf area and proline content tremendously; D treatment promoted root dry weight of rice seedling significantly. Four traits, SPAD, leaf area, root dry weight and root activity, were used for evaluating comprehensive quality of seedlings by mean membership index value, and the results indicated that B treatment was the greatest (0.88) than others, therefore, the B treatment had the best effects for promoting seedling growth and improving comprehensive quality of seedling.
