摘要
目的观察鱼王浆对环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下模型小鼠体重、胸腺的影响及量效关系。方法通过腹腔环磷酰胺强化注射制造免疫功能低下模型小鼠,并随机分为鱼王浆高、中、低剂量组和模型对照组,另设空白对照组。灌胃给药后称小鼠体重、胸腺组织形态的影响,采用HE染色法检测胸腺皮质细胞数及厚度的变化。结果鱼王浆高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组与模型组比较,体重、胸腺厚度、胸腺皮质细胞数增加明显(P<0.01)。鱼王浆高剂量组与低剂量组比较,胸腺厚度、胸腺皮质细胞数增加显著(P<0.01)。结论鱼王浆能增强环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠体重、胸腺厚度、胸腺皮质细胞数,有较好的免疫增强作用,其作用具有明显的剂量相关性。
Objective To study the effect of Yuwangjiang(YWJ) to body weight, thymus gland and a dose - effect relationship in mice with the immune function impairment. Methods Intensified Celiac cyclophosphamide(Cy) injection was applied to impair the immune function of the mice, which were then randomly divided into YWJ high, medium, low dose groups and a normal control group. The changes of cell counts and thickness of Cortex of thymus were measured by HE staining. Comparisons among all dose groups were conducted on the changes of body weight and morphological changes of thymus tissue. Results The weight,thymic cortical cell number,thymus thickness in YWJ therapy group and normal control group was obviously higher than that the model group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;The thymic cortical cell number,thymus thickness in YWJ high dose group was obviously higher than the low dose group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The YWJ can improve weight,thymic cortical cell number,thymus thickness to Cyclopbo- sphosphamide induced immune function deficit mouse, had better immune enhancing effects, its role has obvious dose dependency.
