氮水平对不同生态型稻种资源苗期氮素吸收效率的影响

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Nitrogen Absorption Efficiency(NAE)Among Different Ecological Types of Rice Germplasms at Seedling Stage

摘要 在低氮(20 mg/kg)、中氮(40 mg/kg)和高氮(60 mg/kg)3个氮素水平下,测定和比较不同生态型稻种资源苗期的氮素吸收效率(NAE)。结果表明:不同生态型稻种资源苗期的NAE随氮水平的升高而升高。不同生态型稻种资源苗期NAE间存在显著或极显著差异,且随氮水平而异。低氮下,陆稻NAE显著低于水稻;高氮下,陆稻NAE极显著低于水稻;而中氮下,两者的NAE未达显著差异。低、中氮下,古老地方品种NAE显著低于现代育成品种;高氮下,古老地方品种NAE极显著低于现代育成品种。低氮下,杂交组合NAE显著高于常规品种;中、高氮下的杂交组合与常规品种的NAE未达显著差异。3种氮水平下,籼、粳稻NAE无显著差异。低、中氮下,粘、糯稻NAE无显著差异;高氮下,粘稻NAE极显著高于糯稻。 In this pot experiment,the effects of different nitrogen levels with low nitrogen(LN,20 mg/kg),medium nitrogen(MN,40 mg/kg)and high nitrogen(HN,60 mg/kg)on nitrogen absorption efficiency(NAE)in different ecological types of rice germplasms at seedling stage were studied.The results showed that NAE in rice germplasms increased with the increase of N application amount.NAE in different ecological types of rice germplasms was markedly different at seedling stage,and the differences changed with nitrogen levels.NAE of upland rice under LN and HN were significantly and more significantly lower than that of paddy rice,respectively,but NAE of both was no significant under MN.NAE in ancient local variety under LN and MN were significantly lower than that of contemporary breeding variety,NAE in that under HN was more significantly lower than that of contemporary breeding variety.NAE in hybrid combination under LN was significantly higher than that of conventional variety,NAE in both under MN and HN were no significant.NAE in Indica rice and Japonica rice under LN,MN and HN had no significant differences.NAE in non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice under LN and MN were no significant,NAE in non-glutinous rice under HN was more significantly higher than that in glutinous rice.
