摘要
美国社区学院人才培养工作主要有三个特点:一是立足社区、服务社区、国际化视野。二是开放化、多元化。三是课程设置全面且有交叉。考察和研究社区学院的人才培养工作对改革与创新我国高职教育人才培养模式具有较强的现实意义和理论价值。
There are three characteristics in U.S.Community College talent cultivating： first, community based, community service and international perspective; second, open and diversification; third, comprehensive curriculum and cross. To study talent cultivation of US community colleges has the practical and theoretical value for the reform and innovation of the training mode in Chinese vocational colleges.
