摘要
介绍河北西柏坡发电有限责任公司2台600MW机组采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺后发生的吸收塔浆液溢流情况,分析浆液溢流的原因,提出消除产生的泡沫、调整运行方式、改造增压风机排污管等处理措施,措施的实施保证了脱硫系统的安全经济运行。
This article describes absorber slurry overflow occurred in two 600 MW Units with limestone-wet FGD of Hebei Xibaipo Power Co. , Ltd. , analyzes causes of overflow and puts forward treatment measures such as to eliminate the bubble generated,to adjust operating mode, to control material content leading to absorber slurry foaming, to transform booster fan sewer, so as to ensure security and stability of desulfurization system.
