摘要 蛋白质组学旨在阐明执行生命活动的全部蛋白质的表达规律与生物功能,是后基因组时代的研究热点之一。本文简要介绍了蛋白质组学的研究内容与关键技术,概括了它在非生物胁迫伤害机理与植物适应机制研究中的应用,展望了蛋白质组学在该领域内的发展前景。 Proteomics that aims at elucidating the expression,structure and function of all proteins related to cell activities,is one of the most active research fields in the post-genomic era.Concept and research methods of proteomics were briefly introduced.The protein expression profiles of plants in response to abiotic stress werereviewed.In the end,the challenge and the possible breakthrough of plant proteomics in this field were discussed.
