摘要
阐述湖北省电子政务生态层面要素与生态环境,如经济发展环境、社会组织环境、沟通网络环境、社会文化环境互动作用的关系,探讨符合生态化要求的湖北省电子政务发展策略。包括:根据行政生态理论确立电子政务战略地位;根据行政生态条件定位电子政务发展目标;电子政务发展面向应用和需求并务求实效。
This paper reviewed the research on electronic government（e-government）.It first expounded the interaction relationship between ecological aspects and ecological environment factors including economic development environment,social organization environment,communication network environment,and social culture environment.It then discussed the following e-government development strategies in accordance with the the ecological requirements in hubei province： to establish the e-government affairs strategic position according to the administrative ecological theory,to position e-government affairs development goals according to the administrative ecological conditions,and to ensure the application and efficiency to e-government affairs development.
