摘要
为解决由于现有汽车制动检测台的滚筒中心距固定导致滚筒式制动台对不同直径车轮的测试能力差别过大的问题,本文设计了汽车反力式可变滚筒轴距制动检测台,通过滚筒变轴距装置自动调整滚筒中心距并调整链轮张紧程度,使检测台对各种车型的最大检测能力相同,对不同车型制动力检测技术的发展具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem that as the current automobile platform of the roller brake test center distance is fixed, leading to the existing drum brake units on the ability to test different wheel diameter difference is too large. The purpose of this paper is to develop an anti-force variable-distance roller braking testing platform, finding reasonable plaeenaent angle to meet various types of automobile testing with similar detection ability. It's important for the development of braking force of different automobile models
