摘要 为提高苏丹B油田稠油开发效果,利用氮气导热系数低及压力降低后体积迅速膨胀的特点进行了注蒸汽加氮气吞吐数值模拟研究,确定氮气量为45600Nm3,注氮气速度为600Nm3/h,且先注蒸汽再注氮气的大段塞效果最好。实施上述措施后,周期产油、油汽比都大幅度上升,为提高吞吐阶段采收率、减缓稠油产量递减提供了一条有效途径。 To improve the development effect of heavy oil in Sudan B Oilfield,through the mechanism study of nitrogen,steam injection and plus nitrogen throughput numerical simulation research,the features of low coefficient of nitrogen heat conductivity and rapid volume expansion after pressure dropping,fix nitrogen injection of 45600Nm3 is determined,its injection velocity is 600Nm3/h,the effect of big slug of nitrogen before steam is better.To provide a efficient path of improving the exploitation efficiency of Sudan Oilfield,recovery ratio of cyclic steam stimulation is enhanced,the decline of heavy oil of production is slowed down.
