摘要
我国企业在建设创新型国家中发挥着极其重要的作用,然而我国企业的自主创新还面临诸多亟待解决的问题。具体而言,主要包括:创新观念不足、文化缺位;产学研结合过松、成果转化率较低;高层次创新人才缺乏;政府支持政策缺乏、经费投入缺位;知识产权保护意识淡薄、保护力度不大等问题。因此,我们要强化创新意识、培育创新文化;推进产学研相结合、提高成果转化率;加强人才培养与引进;政府制定相关政策、保障经费投入;提高知识产权保护意识、完善保护体系。
Enterprises play an important role in building an innovative country in China. However, they are faced with many problems including lack of innovative ideas and culture, the loose relations among production, study and research, shortage of high-level innovative talents, policy and funds, the weak awareness of IPR protection and so on. Therefore, it is vital to strengthen innovative ideas and cultivate innovative culture, promoting the combination of production, study and research, reinforce the training and absorbing of talents, formulate policy and protect funds, raise the awareness of IPR protection, and complete the system of the IPR protection.
