摘要
针对现阶段宁夏回族自治区银川市住房保障实施工作现状以及住房保障工作目标,通过累积统计数据分析,提出了银川市住房保障实施工作中存在的问题;分析了完善住房保障工作的方法和途径,主要包括实物配租、收入核定等,为住房保障工程决策提供了参考,对今后住房保障工作的合理构建、和谐发展具有指导意义.
For the present condition and objectives of housing support project in Yinchuan, Ninxia Hui autonomous region, based on the accumulating statistical analysis, the article proposed the existing problem in housing support project of Yinchuan. It also analyzed ways and means mainly including rent with physical object and income checking to improve the housing support project, which provides a reference in decision-making in housing support project and has directive significance for reasonable construction support and harmonious development of housing.
