摘要
随着现代社会市场竞争的日趋激烈,顾客需求的多样化以及市场变化不确定性的增强,企业之间的竞争已经逐步转变为供应链之间的竞争。如今精简、实时的全球化供应链更容易受到自然和人为突发事件的影响,供应链突发风险的存在和对整条供应链及节点企业的危害,使得供应链应急管理有着重要的意义。文中从供应链突发风险识别入手,探讨应急策略在供应链中的作用以及企业提高应急管理能力的相关措施。
As modem society increasingly fierce market competition, diversification of customer needs and changes in the market uncertainty increases, competition among enterprises has been gradually transformed into the supply chain competition. Now streamlined, real-time global supply chain more vulnerable to natural and man-made impact of unexpected events, the presence of supply chain risk and sudden the whole supply chain and enterprise risk node, making the supply chain emergency management has an important significance. Paper from the supply chain risk identification sudden start to explore the emergency response strategy for the role in the supply chain to improve emergency management capabilities and enterprise-related measures.
