摘要
通过对下降管内温度分布、气化炉内反应机理等方面分析,发现下降管损伤的原因主要是冷却水量不足、炉内产生振动、投料负荷过大或投料液位过高、渣口和下降管挂渣等。根据不同的原因,提出了应对措施,从而延长了气化炉的运行周期。
By an analysis with respect to temperature distribution inside vertical pipe and reaction mechanism inside gasifier, it is found that main causes for the damage of vertical pipe are not enough cooling water, vibration inside gasifier, excessive feeding load, or too much feed, and slag hole and vertical pipe sluggish, etc. Countermeasures are proposed in connection with different causes, thereby extending the operation cycle of the gasifier.
