摘要 目的探讨造血干细胞抗原(CD133)、雌激素受体(ER)在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用。方法选择手术切除的子宫内膜癌标本75份(肿瘤组)、增生子宫内膜标本30份(增生组)和正常增殖期子宫内膜标本10份(正常组),采用免疫组化法检测各组CD133、ER表达,并分析两指标间及与子宫内膜癌组织分化程度的相关性。结果肿瘤组CD133的阳性率明显高于增生组及正常组,ER阳性率明显低于增生组及正常组,P均<0.01。CD133、ER阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的组织分化程度有相关性,两者表达呈负相关。结论 CD133、ER异常表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of CD133 and estrogen receptor(ER) in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expression of CD133 and ER were detected in 75 specimens of surgical ablation from patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma(tumor group),30 specimens from patients with endometrial hyperplasia(proliferation group) and 10 specimens from normal proliferative endometrial tissue(normal group) by immunocytochemisory(SP),the relationship between their expressions and tumor differentiation were analyzed.Results In tumor group,the positive rate of CD133 expression was significantly higher than that in proliferation group and normal group,while the positive rate of ER expression was lower obviously(all P〈0.01).The expression of CD133 and ER were significantly correlated with degree of differentiation of endometrial carcinoma,there was a negative correlation between the expression of CD133 and ER.Conclusion The ectopic expressions of CD133 and ER may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
