摘要
建立了常见印油印迹的预处理和超高效液相色谱(UPLC)分析方法。样本超声后离心提取有效成分,使用BEHC18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 mm)色谱柱,10 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以二极管阵列检测器(PDA)在486 nm波长下检测。建立了13种常见印油印迹的种类区分方法,研究了在正常盖印和连续盖印情况下主要染料比值的变化情况,对实际案件检验工作具有参考价值。
The pretreatment and UPLC method for analysis of inkpad and imprints have been established. After ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation, the sample was analyzed with a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×50mm, 1.7 μm), which consist ammonium acetate (10 mmol/L): acetonitrile as a gradient elution. The method could be used to analyze the main component of the 13 common inkpad. The proportion change in normal and abnormal situation were studied. Results show an important sense to identify the actual cases.
