摘要
高校后勤社会化改革在取得成效的同时,也需要引进现代企业管理制度解决其面临的一系列"瓶颈"问题。ISO9000族标准集中了全世界几十年质量管理的精华,正是一种先进、实用的现代企业管理模式。因此,在简要介绍了ISO9000族标准及其在高校后勤社会化改革中的适用性后,文章分析了ISO9000族标准对高校后勤管理和高校后勤社会化改革的启示。
The social reform of higher institutions＂ logistic service has got some achievement, but modern busi- ness management system needs to be introduced to solve a series of bottleneck problems it faces. ISO 9000 Standard, an advanced and practical management mode, selects the essence of decades of quality control of the whole world. Therefore, after briefly introducing the applicability of it, the enlightenment of ISO 9000 Standard on management and reform of higher institutions/ logistic service has been analyzed.
