摘要
以上海地铁列车牵引逆变器维修现状为例,从分析关键大功率器件IGBT的工作特性出发,通过设计支路动态电流试验,分析器件内部的电流均衡性与其功能失效的关系,为逆变器检修提出了新的思路。
Taking the repair status of Shanghai metro traction inverters as an example, the paper starts from the analysis of operating characteristics of critical high power devices IGBT, analyzes the relationship between the device internal current balance and its function failure by designing the branch dynamic current test, and proposes new ideas for metro traction Inverter maintenance.
