摘要
钻井工程事故及复杂情况会对油田的勘探进程造成严重的影响,也给录井技术带来了巨大的挑战,迫切需要提高钻井异常预报的效率和质量。针对该问题,在对塔里木探区的构造特点、钻井工艺进行系统研究的基础上,总结了大量钻井异常预报经验,应用自动化、智能化等技术开发了一套工程录井预警系统。现场应用情况表明,该系统能准确、及时地对钻井异常情况进行预警,同时减轻了操作人员的负担,有助于弥补其经验的不足,对于确保钻井现场预报异常情况的效率和质量,有效提高钻井工程事故预警水平具有积极的意义。
Drilling engineering accidents and complex situations caused a serious impact on Tarim Oilfield exploration process and also brought enormous challenges to mud logging technology. It is urgent to improve drilling efficiency and quality of forecasting drilling abnormal. In accordance with the problem, the authors developed an early warning system on the basis of systematically studying the tectonic features, the drilling technology in Tarim exploration area based on the summary of much unusual drilling prediction experience and with the application of automation, intelligence and other technologies. Field application showed that the system can accurately and timely make early warning for abnormal drilling, while it can reduce the burden on the operators and be helpful to make up their experience. It has a positive meaning to ensure the efficiency and quality of forecasting anomalies on the drilling site and to improve drilling accident warning level.
