摘要
研究了稀土硅铁消除As 、Pb 、Sn 等杂质元素的危害,改善铸铁组织和性能。试验表明,用0 .3 % ~0 .5 % 稀土硅铁孕育处理可有效地消除微量杂质元素造成的硬、脆、裂等缺陷,改善了铸铁的组织,明显地提高了铸铁的力学性能和冶金品质指标,获得较好的经济技术效益。
In this paper,the author have studied using rare earth ferrosilican to neutralize the influence of tramp elements such as As、Pb、Sn ect and improve structure and properties With 0.3%~0.5% rare earth ferrosilican can neutralize effectively the defects of hard,brittle and crack which caused by trace impurity elements,so as to improve structure of casting iron and raise the mechanical properties and metallurgical quality index distinctly,and obtain the better efficiency on technical and economy
