介绍了莱钢自动化部结合当前莱钢内网和保障体系建设，利用现有网络和软件资源成功开发铁前生产信息管理系统，提高设备运行率，减少故障处理时间，确保生产更加稳定运行。
The paper mainly introduced the successful development of production information management system before ironmaking by combining with intemal network and security system construction of Laigang, using the current network and software resource, thus, the equipment operating ratio was improved, the time in disposing faults was shorted, and the production was ensured to run steadily.
