摘要
熔点的测定是基础化学实验中必不可少的实验内容。通过研磨样品、装样、观察、读数、记录等环节达到综合训练学生实际动手操作的能力。现有Thiele管测定装置存在升温速度不能准确控制、读数不准、初熔和全熔难以准确观察等不足之处。经过多年的教学实践,提出了Thiele管测定装置改进的意见和建议。优化改进后的装置测定熔点的准确度大大提高。通过该装置,可以更好地训练学生熔点测定的一般方法,掌握其操作要领。
Determination of melting point is the basic chemistry experiment in the essential training.Students' practical ability is trained through grinding samples,sample loading,observation,reading,records and other aspects.The existing Thiele tube measuring device has the following shortcomings: the heating rate can not be accurately controlled;reading is not accurate;the initial melting and molten both are not accurately observed.After many years of teaching practice,the Thiele pipe measuring device to improve the views and suggestions is proposed.Accuracy of the optimized melting point of determination device is greatly improved.The device can better serve students for training to determine melting point,and grasp its operation.
