摘要
本文通过对丁基胶塞浸提液的细菌内毒素检查的干扰试验及细菌内毒素检查与热原检查的对比试验认为,丁基胶塞可以用细菌内毒素检查法控制热原。
In this paper, we did inhibitory experiment of the bacterial endotoxin test about the liquid that had soaked butyl rubber stopper and compared the bacterial endotoxin test with the rabbit pyrogen test. The resucts suggest that bacterial endotoxin test coud control the pyrogen of butyl rubber stopper.
