摘要
本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱方法(FTIR)对中药材滇丹参和丹参及中成药复方丹参片进行了对比研究,比较了它们的红外光谱的异同。研究表明,滇丹参和丹参的红外光谱的部分吸收峰各峰之间构成相互对应关系,表明滇丹参与丹参所含的主要化学成分相似;滇丹参与丹参的红外光谱在1263、1062、668~541cm-1三处峰形存在明显的区别,表明滇丹参与丹参所含的化学成分还存在一定的差异,由此峰形的差异可快速、准确地对滇丹参和丹参加以鉴别和区分。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱还可比较不同厂家生产的复方丹参片中丹参的有效成分的相对含量。
In this paper, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to study the differences and similarities of the infrared spectra of Chinese herbal medicines Di- an Danshen and Danshen and Chinese patent medicine compound Danshen tablets. Studies have shown the corresponding relationship between the infrared absorbance peaks of Dian Danshen and Danshen. This suggests that the main chemical compounds of Dian Danshen and Danshen are similar. However, three infrared absorbance peaks of Dian Danshen and Danshen at 1263 cm-1 , 1062 cm-1 , and 668~541 cm-1 range are quite different. This in- dicates that there are some differences in the chemical compounds of Dian Danshen and Danshen. The differences in their infrared absorbance peak shapes can be used to rapidly and accurately identify and distinguish Dian Danshen from Danshen. In addition, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy can be used to compare proprietary active ingredient con- tents of various compound Danshen tablets from different manufacturers.
