摘要
为实现对多点变压边力(VBHF)的精确控制,从而保障液压机板料成形生产质量,优化板料成形工艺,提出了实现智能VBHF预测和控制的液压系统。根据模具几何参数、毛坯几何参数、材料性能参数、工艺参数等提出了基于BP神经网络的智能VBHF预测模型。讨论了VBHF液压回路响应特性改善和智能控制技术,采用智能自适应方法实现VBHF比例积分微分控制精度补偿。仿真和实验结果表明该方法能够有效地实现板料成形VBHF的预测及智能控制,为智能多点VBHF液压机的设计提供理论依据。
To accurately control the multi-cylinder variable blank holding force(VBHF)for protecting the blank forming quality of hydraulic press and optimizing the process of blank forming,a hydraulic control system is proposed to realize the intelligent forecast and control of VBHF.According to mould geometry parameters,blank geometry parameters,material mechanical parameters and processing parameters,an intelligent VBHF forecast model is proposed based on the BP neural network.Both of the response performance improvement and the intelligent control approach of the VBHF hydraulic loop are discussed.The accuracy compensation of the VBHF proportional integration differential control is realized by intelligent adaptive approach.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the forecast and intelligent control of VBHF for blank forming are realized effectively by this approach,which offers a theoretical support for the design of VBHF hydraulic press.
