摘要 运用ANSYS软件结合某工程平面闸门顶部P型止水结构,以其脱离闸门面板发生自激振动为研究工况,探索其动力特性的规律性,并通过谐响应分析对闸门止水结构进行体型优化设计。分析结果表明,止水自振频率随止水长度和流场范围的增加而减少;螺栓紧固力对止水自振频率的影响呈现出阶段性;P型头部孔半径减小,压板宽度增大,均能有效提高止水结构刚度,能克服共振、疲劳及其他受迫振动引起的有害结果。 Based on the top seal of a large width-to-height flat gate,ANSYS software is applied to carry out finite element analyses to do some regular exploration research on the dynamic characteristics,and then further into the shape optimization design through harmonic response analyses,on the condition that sealing structure self-excited vibration occurs while the seal gets away from the gate panel.The results show that: the natural frequencies increase with the length of the seal and flow decreasing;tight force of the bolts on the sealing structure show stage influence on the natural frequency;it can improve stiffness of the seal structure while the pressure plate width increasing and the pore radius of the P-type head decreasing,which makes it take obvious advantage on overcoming resonance,fatigue,and other harmful results by forced vibration.
