摘要
目的 评价改良的小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的效果 ,并与常规白内障囊外摘出术对比。方法 在显微镜下 ,同种材料进行两种手术 3 8眼及 80眼。术后 1月进行视力与角膜散光的测定。结果 前者术后矫正视力 0 5～ 0 8者 15 7% ,1 0以上者 84 2 % ,术后散光与术前无显著差异 ;后者术后矫正视力 0 5～ 0 8者 3 3 8% ,1 0以上者 62 5 % ,术后散光与术前有显著差异。结论 小切口手术视力恢复快 ,较超声乳化手术成本低 ,不失为一种较好的手术方法。
Objective Adopt the non phacoemulsification seleral tunnel small incision with a chord length of 6mm,cataract surgery and IOL implantation (38 eyes) and routine extracapsular cataract extraction small incision with a chord length of 12mm (80 eyes).A month after the surgery,the visual acuity and corneal astigmatism were examined and compared.Methods Two kinds of surgeries are carried out with the same material under the microscope. Results The former,the postoperative visual acutiy 0.5～0.8 is 15.7%,more than 1.0 is 84.2%.The postoperative astigmatic had no significant differences from preoperative.The latter,the postoperative visual acuity 0.5～0.8 is 25%,more than 1.0 is 71.2%.The postoperative astigmatic had significant differences.Conclusions No severe complication were found during and after surgery.The visual acuity recovers fast.
